Why would you ask: #13 You got my email from the CSR - Why would I have to give you my policy number agian - and why would I want to take the time to dig it up? A staff member can be Friendly without being knowledgeable (and knowledgable is spelled wrong) Your system sent me 2 emails? is this because I had 2 services preformed - don;t like that - (your system should know who I am from my email and I should not have to enter anything - you already have my info from my repair - It\'s a good thing that your staff and your counter reps are really great - I was very happy with your service - very happy with both ladies I spoke with - probably some of the best service I have received from anywhere in a longtime - your follow up communications needs work. - feel free to call me also.
